Randall Residence

The Randall Residence is located on the last remaining dirt road in Summerville's historic district.  The den and kitchen were remodeled to enhance the connection to the outdoors while expanding storage and work space.  A raised patio provides an ideal setting for outdoor entertaining and links the pool to the rest of the site.  A planted trellis connects the house to a new three car garage which includes storage and two offices.  The vines on the trellis screen the garage from other areas of the backyard.  The guest parking and walks in front of the house are inviting and provide good connections to the rest of the site.
